Hockers Home Services is a second‑generation home services company that has served the Green Bay, WI community for over 40 years. As a full‑service provider offering plumbing, HVAC, and electrical solutions, Hockers is deeply rooted in the local community and committed to delivering trustworthy, high‑quality service.
As the Community Engagement Specialist, I serve as the connection point between Hockers and the community. My work focuses on building relationships, strengthening brand presence, and ensuring the company shows up meaningfully in the spaces where our customers live and gather.

A major part of my role involves managing Hockers’ social media presence. Our primary audience includes middle‑aged homeowners, parents, and grandparents, which makes Facebook our most active platform.
Our goal was to develop a voice that felt professional yet friendly — the tone of “your favorite neighborhood plumber.” To build trust, we prioritized real people and real stories, showcasing our technicians, office staff, and community involvement.
